Summary & Highlights
Hunting the elusive White-lipped Peccary in the dense jungles of Veracruz, Mexico. This is the only place in the world where this species can currently be hunted and exported legally. Known for traveling in large herds, they are one of the most exciting and traditional hunts of the region.
Their sharp tusks, aggressive temperament when pressured, and thundering charges through thick jungle make for an adrenaline-packed hunting experience. Tracking them on foot across rainforest, swamps, and palm thickets demands patience and skilled guiding.
We bait with fruit and corn to help manage and retain herds in our area, ensuring consistent trophy encounters. Only a few hunts are offered per year to preserve herd health. All hunting is done on foot — follow sign, track herds, and move into position before the noise of a fleeing herd ends your chance.
Season runs Sep–Feb, with active herds and concentrated food sources. Weather is typically humid with sudden tropical rains. Expect an unforgettable, challenging hunt in one of the wildest corners of Mexico.
